  • 3 pcs bananas Overripe
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cup melted butter
  • 1 pcs egg Beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Stir in the sugar, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and flour.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
